American Songbook

The 2015 edition of Lincoln Center’s ‘American Songbook‘ series has been announced and runs January 29 – March 28 and includes performances by Steve Reich with Stephen Sondheim (!), Sam Fermin, Shovels & Rope, Talib Kweli, Dawn Landes, and more. Most of the shows happen in The Appel Room (formerly the Allen Room) which is definitely one of the most spectacular places to see a show in Manhattan. The last seven shows of the season take place in the more intimate The Penthouse on the 10th floor of LC’s Samuel B. and David Rose Building. Tickets go on sale to Friends of Lincoln Center on November 6 and the general public on November 17.
