Lincoln Center's summer programming cancelled for 2020

Here’s some more bummer news: Lincoln Center is not holding its annual summer programming, including their free Lincoln Center Out of Doors live music, comedy, dance and film events; Midsummer Night Swing; and the Mostly Mozart Festival. With New York officially on “Pause” through April 29, and likely longer, due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the cancellation of many festivals, including Governors Ball, it’s not surprising to see more summer events called off, but a bummer all the same.

More from Lincoln Center:

It is our intention, when it is safe again to gather in person, to stage a free, pop-up festival in a celebration of our great city and the selfless first responders and healthcare workers who are giving so much during this crisis.

In the mean time, they are sharing videos through their Lincoln Center at Home Portal, including live dance classes, chamber music recordings, Q&As, workshops, and more.
