Philadelphia’s Mercury Girls played CMJ just a bit ago at the Kanine / Dr. Martens day party at Pianos. It was their only show of the fest but you can get a taste of what they sound like, as the band (which includes Literature’s Kevin Attics and Little Big League’s Kevin O’Halloran) recently went into the studio and recorded their set live to tape. The sparkling but crunchy “Sulk” from that session makes its premiere in this post and you can stream it, along with a few other songs, below.
