LiveNation & Irving Plaza being sued by "trampled" fans at T.I. show incident

More legal fallout following the shooting during the T.I. show at Irving Plaza back in May which left one dead, three wounded and rapper Troy Ave now awaiting trial for attempted murder. Irving Plaza and its owner, LiveNation, are now being sued by two attendees of the concert who claim “serious injuries and mental anguish” from being trampled due to the chaos that followed the gunshots. The lawsuit argues the venue is at fault for not screening attendees thoroughly enough (which is very similar to Troy Ave’s lawsuit). Stay tuned.
