M83 announce new album 'Junk,' share "Do It, Try It"

M83 recently mentioned that they’re finally ready to follow 2011’s excellent Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming with a new album, and now details are here. It’s called Junk, and it’s due out April 8 via Mute. The first single is called “Do It, Try It” and it seems like they’re going down odder paths rather than trying to do another “Midnight City.” Listen for yourself below. That’s the artwork above, and you can also check out the tracklist below. Songs include collaborations with Susanne Sundfor, Beck, Mai Lan and Jordan Lawlor.

The band is also going on tour, and the NYC stop is Governors Ball. Updated dates are listed below.
