Mac DeMarco’s third full-length album, This Old Dog comes out next week. He’s previously shared “This Old Dog,” and a few other tracks, which you can listen to below, and now he’s shared another song off the new album, “One More Love Song.” Mac told Sirius XMU:

Sometimes [love songs] come from a specific place, but in a lot of instances they could just be plucked out of the air. Have you ever been in love then out of love? There’s a whole gamut of emotions that come with that changing of the guard. And you don’t forget them, ‘cause they suck, or they rock, and you don’t forget things that rock or suck. So, maybe you pluck from something a long time ago, and the great thing is that everyone understands.

Listen to “One More Love Song” below.

Mac is also the guest on the new edition of Marc Maron’s WTF podcast and is the subject of a New York Times profile. He’s also looking for a fanclub intern in Brooklyn.

He just recently announced a co-headlining tour with The Flaming Lips and has a ton of other tour dates coming up. He’ll be playing at Governors Ball in NYC this summer, along with a lot of other festivals in the US and Europe (he just played Coachella the last two weekends).

Mac DeMarco is also featured on the upcoming Kirin K Callinan album. The new album comes out May 5 via Captured Tracks.
