'Magic Hour' brings rollerskating & DJ sets to Prospect Park all summer (Talib Kweli, Xeno & Oaklander, and more)

It’s not summer in NYC without music in Prospect Park, and the BRIC! Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival shows aren’t the only ones. For something a little different, “Magic Hour” is back at The LeFrak Center at Lakeside Prospect Park with all-ages, bi-monthly parties with DJ sets and rollerskating. There’s also a rinkside bar, and food courtesy of the Bluestone Cafe and Gelato Parlor.

It began this past Sunday with Gang Gang Dance and Michael Beharie DJing (anyone go?) and it contines in June with Talib Kweli and Prince Klassen on 6/5, and Xeno & Oaklander and Heathered Pearls on 6/19.
