Major Lazer, the collaboration between producer-DJs Diplo and Switch, plays New York club SOBs on Saturday, June 13th. That show will feature an opening set by Ricky Blazer & The Stones. Tickets are still on sale.
The pair have also announced record shop instores to go along with their planned US tour. Their first instore will be at NYC’s Other Music (15 E. 4th St) on Monday, June 15th (8pm, free, no purchase required). Diplo and Switch will DJ and sign copies of their debut record, Guns Don’t Kill People, Lazers Do, out June 16th on Downtown Records. That disc is streaming now on the their MySpace.
