Marc Ribot’s Ceramic Dog, the guitar great’s group with the powerhouse rhythm section of Shahzad Ismaily and Ches Smith (both of Secret Chiefs 3, and other projects), just released their new album, YRU Still Here?, and celebrated at Le Poisson Rouge on Sunday, May 6. Friend and collaborator Elvis Costello and Diane Krall were amongst the crowd there to see them. Swiss jazz group Nik Bärtsch’s Ronin opened the night which was the kickoff to their short North American tour. Pictures from the show are in the gallery above and you can listen to I below.
