Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie‘s coheadlining “Twins of Evil: The Second Coming” tour was scheduled to stop at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater on Tuesday (8/7) night. However, due to stormy weather, the show was first delayed, then cancelled entirely. Attendees were told to take cover when the weather took a turn for the worse, which, as you can see from the video clips below, included thunder, lightning, and flooding on the floor of the venue. Just before 10 PM, Jones Beach announced the cancellation on Twitter.

UPDATE: Rob Zombie shared a statement on Facebook about the cancelled show:

We’re really sorry folks that the show at Jones Beach, Wantagh NY, was cancelled tonight due to the extremely bad weather. I’m guessing we’re gonna have to make some extra sacrifices to the rain gods to plead with them to stop screwing with our shows. Please see below a note from tonight’s venue and follow them and your ticket point of purchase to be updated on refunds. Sorry again.

Watch video from the venue pre-closure below.

Manson didn’t appear at the July 26 date of his tour with Rob Zombie in Toronto; according to a statement, he had the flu. The July 21 date of the tour in Bristow, VA was postponed, also because of inclement weather. Previously, Manson cut his October 2017 Hammerstein Ballroom show short after being injured by a falling stage prop. In February of this year, he walked off stage early at a show at The Paramount after having a “meltdown.”
