Marissa Nadler covers Metallica, Bob Dylan, King Crimson & Townes Van Zandt on new EP

Marissa Nadler has put out a mostly-covers EP for today’s Bandcamp fundraiser which finds her applying her usual haunting style to Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters,” Townes Van Zandt’s “My Proud Mountains,” Bob Dylan’s “I Was Young When I Left Home,” and King Crimson’s “Moonchild.” There’s also an original song called “Strange Days” (which is not a Doors cover).
