Martin Shkreli may be forced by Feds to forfeit his $2 million Wu-Tang Clan LP
Martin Shkreli, the “pharma bro” who was found guilty of fraud earlier this year, may have to give up his one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan Once Upon a Time in Shaolin album. According to Reuters, Federal prosecutors says that Shkreli should be held financially accountable for his criminal conduct by requiring him to forfeit $7.4 million, and suggested items they could take, including that Wu album (for which he paid $2 million), as well as his Picasso, the WWII code-breaking Enigma machine he owns, and his stake in Turing Pharmaceuticals.
Prosecutors might want to search for that cassette dub of the album you just know he made.
