Mary J Blige announces tour (Coney Island & Theater at MSG included)

Last month, Mary J Blige released her latest album, Strength of a Woman, which features Kanye West, Quavo of Migos, Missy Elliott, DJ Khaled, Kaytranada, and more. She’s also set to release a 7″ for Planned Parenthood. Now Mary J, who co-headlined a tour with Maxwell last fall, has announced her own headlining tour for this summer.

The tour includes NYC shows on August 18 at the Ford Amphitheatre at Coney Island Boardwalk and August 19 at the Theater at MSG. Both of those (and several other dates) are with Lalah Hathaway. Tickets go on sale Friday (5/19) at 11 AM with various presales starting beforehand.

Mary J will also be in NYC this Friday to play The TODAY Show. All dates are listed below.
