Matt & Kim

Matt & Kim touring with Tokyo Police Club (hear new song ft. Mark Hoppus)

Matt & Kim are back, with their first headlining tour in three years and plans to release a new album on the FADER Label this spring. Most album details are TBA, but they did release what is presumably the lead single, “Forever,” which features backing vocals by Mark Hoppus of past Matt & Kim tourmates blink-182, and Max and Cole Becker of SWMRS (whose drummer is Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong’s son Joey), plus additional production by Flosstradamus. You can watch the video (directed by Colin Devin Moore and Matt Johnson) below.

The tour includes a run with Tokyo Police Club that hits NYC’s Brooklyn Steel on April 28. That show also has Future Feats opening. Tickets for that show are on various presales now and the public on-sale starts Friday (1/19) at noon.

UPDATE: The Brooklyn Steel show sold out and a second was added for April 29 (tickets).

Matt & Kim also have a Starland Ballroom show (3/23) in March. All dates are listed below.
