Maxwell & Mary J Blige announce co-headlining tour, playing MSG
Neo-soul great Maxwell released his first album in seven years, blackSUMMERS’night, and he supported it with a tour that hit NYC’s recently-opened Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk (pics). He’ll support it once again on a fall co-headlining tour with Mary J Blige. Support comes from Ro James (who also opened Maxwell’s Coney Island show).
The tour hits NYC on November 10 at Madison Square Garden. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (9/9) at 10 AM with Citi/VIP presales starting today (9/7) at 10 AM and a Live Nation presale starting Thursday (9/8) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.
UPDATE: Mary J played a Jimmy Choo party on Thursday night (9/8) during New York Fashion Week.
