Melkbelly releasing debut LP on Sadie Dupuis' new label, share "Kid Creative"

Chicago indie rockers Melkbelly, who we profiled a couple years ago, will release their debut album, Nothing Valley, out Oct. 13. The record is coming out via Wax Nine Records, a sister label to Carpark Records headed by Sadie Dupuis of Speedy Ortiz. The band have shared the very catchy first single, “Kid Kreative,” along with its funny, pure Id video. Watch that below.

As mentioned, Melkbelly will be on tour with Protomartyr this September (but not the NYC-area shows). All dates are listed, along with the album’s artwork and tracklist, below.
