METZ shows tend to be sensory overload experiences, with deafening volume set against strobes and stark lighting. You can get a bit of that experience in the new video, directed by Scott Cudmore, for “Spit You Out” from this year’s excellent II album. Check it out below.

As mentioned, METZ have a new single due out in January and will also be on tour with Bully, including NYC shows at Bowery Ballroom on January 13 and Music Hall of Williamsburg on January 16. Tickets are still available. The band will tour Australia, New Zealand and Asia after that. Updated tour dates are listed below.
