MGMT played 3 NYC shows, playing Sony Hall tonight (pics from BK Steel)

MGMT are on tour now in support of their great new album Little Dark Age and they just wrapped up a three-night run in Brooklyn that included Kings Theatre on Saturday (3/24), followed by two Brooklyn Steel shows (3/25 & 3/26). The setlist was almost identical each night, with only the encore changing slightly each night (encores broke out “Brian Eno,” the only non-single off Congratulations played). Pictures of the 3/25 Brooklyn Steel show are in the gallery above. Setlist for that show and video of “Electric Feel” from the Kings Theatre show, below.

MGMT are staying in NYC for one more show, the opening night of new Times Square venue Sony Hall TONIGHT (3/27). The venue is operated and programmed by Blue Note, and will showcase Sony’s latest AV technology. Tonight’s free show is “sold” out but you can join the waitlist.
