Michelle Wolf talked mental health, Bourdain & more (watch), adds more Bell House shows

On this week’s edition of her show The Break, Michelle Wolf mixed humor and sincere opinions on the subject of mental health, reflecting on the loss of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. “If you want proof of how ingrained the idea of pretending to be happy is in our society, even our poo emoji is smiling.” She goes on to propose we start getting honest with ourselves with a selfie. “Next time you post a selfie on Instagram or Snapchat or whatever else is ruining our lives, use the hashtag #ifeelalittlebad. Also in the spirit of being honest, post the number of times you tried taking the photo.” You can watch the whole segment below.

Meanwhile, Michelle Wolf has added two more shows at Brooklyn’s The Bell House, both on August 7 (7:30 & 9:30 PM). Her Bell House shows on 8/8 are sold out. Tickets to the just-added shows go on sale Wednesday, June 20 at noon. Michelle also plays Portland on August 9. All dates are listed below.
