Mike Watt's Il Sogno Del Marinaio releasing a new LP, going on North American tour (dates)

Il Sogno Del Marinaio is the trio of Italian musicians Stefano Pilia and Andrea Belfi with Minutemen/fIREHOSE bassist Mike Watt. They’ve announced that they’ll put out their second album, Canto Secondo, on August 26 via Watt’s Clenchedwrench Records, which follows their 2013 debut, La Busta Gialla. They’ll also be supporting the new album on an extensive North American tour which runs from September through November and hits NYC for shows on October 15 at The Bell House and October 16 at Mercury Lounge. Tickets for the Bell House show and the Merc show go on sale Friday (5/23) at 10 AM and noon, respectively.
