Morcheeba released 'Head Up High,' touring this spring, including two NYC shows (dates, streams)
Trip hop vets Morcheeba released Head Up High last year, their second with singer Skye Edwards returning to the fold. (She’d been out of the band from 2003 – 2009.) The band haven’t messed with their patented sound too much but, why yes, there are a couple nods to dubstep in there too. You can watch the video for “Gimme Your Love” below and stream the whole album via Rdio.
The band will be touring North America this year, including two shows in NYC: May 16 at Warsaw and May 17 at Irving Plaza. Tickets to Warsaw and Irving Plaza go on sale Friday (3/7) at 10 AM.
