The Hold Steady and Drive by Truckers play their second of two shows together at Terminal 5 in NYC tonight (11/7), and two more big indie rock pairings are rolling into town to play their own doubleheaders this weekend. Deerhunter, Times New Viking play Music Hall of Williamsburg (with Knyfe Hyts) and Bowery Ballroom (with Vivian Girls) on Friday and Saturday. The Mountain Goats and Kaki King are at Music Hall of Williamsburg and Webster Hall on Satuday and Sunday.
