Mum celebrating 'Yesterday Was Dramatic – Today Is OK' 20th anniversary on tour (Big Ears included)

Icelandic electronic/orchestral group Múm are playing the 2020 edition of Knoxville’s Big Ears, where they’ll perform Yesterday Was Dramatic—Today is OK for its 20th anniversary at the festival. While here, they’ll be doing their most extensive touring in North America in a decade. (They played a few U.S. shows in 2018.) More dates are still to be announced, but they’ll start their tour at Brooklyn’s Murmrr Theatre on March 26, and then head to Big Ears, with dates in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and more to follow. All dates are listed below.

It’s unclear whether all the dates will have them playing Yesterday Was Dramatic—Today is OK, but they will at the Murmrr show which is presented by Wordless Music. Tickets for Murmrr are on sale now.

Yesterday Was Dramatic – Today Is OK was released on December 23, 1999 in Iceland and made it to the rest of the world in 2000. Morr Music just released a remastered reissue that comes with a bonus disc’s worth of reworks and remixes by Kronos Quartet, Hauschka, µ-Ziq, Sóley and more. You can stream that below.
