Mutual Benefit touring, playing two NYC-area college shows and more before Pitchfork Festival (dates)

Jordan Lee’s orchestral indie pop collective Mutual Benefit have a number of tour dates coming up, and though there’s none in NYC this time around, they’ll play three nearby, including two college shows. First they’ll be at SUNY Purchase on April 12 in The Stood with twee pop songwriter Frankie Cosmos (whose bandmate/boyfriend Aaron Maine of Porches has played The Stood many times), Mitski and Lizard Kisses. Then, they’ll play at the show at the Terrace Club at Princeton University on May 4 with Dopapod. The next day, MB hit Hamden, CT for a club show at The Outer Space (5/5). Tickets for that one are on sale now.
