Nada Surf playing NYC before Matthew's European shows

Nada Surf haven’t released an album or gone on a full tour since 2012, having only done a few shows this past year including the Barsuk Records 15th Anniversary and a Yellow Dogs tribute in Brooklyn, while singer Matthew Caws also kept busy with his Julianna Hatfield collaboration Minor Alps. At the moment, they’ve got one show scheduled for 2014 too, happening in NYC on February 27 at The Bell House before Matthew does a few solo shows in Europe. Tickets for that show are on sale now.

Nada Surf is also one of the many bands Doug Gillard has been involved in, and as mentioned, he plays NYC on Friday (1/10).
