We are exactly three weeks from the premiere of the long-awaited, highly anticipated new episodes of Twin Peaks. Creators David Lynch and Mark Frost, and the rest involved in the production, have been tight-lipped about what to expect, and the teasers released so far have really been just that: teasers. Here’s the latest, 30 seconds of exterior shots of such familiar Twin Peaks locations as the Sheriff’s Department, the RR Diner, the Roadhouse (aka Bang Bang Bar), the Palmer home, and more. Apart from the cars, the town looks pretty much the same. We may not ever get a real trailer before the May 21 premiere on Showtime, so savor the crumbs we are getting.

For folks in NYC, today is the last day of an exhibition of David Lynch inspired art, titled In Dreams, that is at The Spoke Gallery on Rivington St. It’s open till 7 PM tonight.

PS If you’ve never watched the original series, which aired on ABC in 1990 and 1991, you can stream it on Netflix, Amazon, the Showtime Anytime app, and other digital providers. It’s still holds up (well, the the middle of season 2 maybe not so much, but the less said about that the better).
