After announcing its initial schedule earlier this month, many more shows have been revealed for Brooklyn’s 10th annual Northside Festival. Here are some new/recent additions:

Indie vet Lou Barlow (Dinosaur Jr, Sebadoh, etc), who just released a new single, plays June 7 at Knitting Factory with quality support from Shana Falana (tickets). Dinosaur Jr also announced today that they’re touring with Mastodon.

Sloppy Jane, whose live show is unmissable, play the Queen of the Scene showcase at Sunnyvale on June 7 with Lou Tides, HNRY FLWR, The Coax, No Swoon, The Ferdy Mayne, Sixteen Jackies and Rubber Band Gun (tickets).

Revolver Mag is throwing an awesome metal/hardcore showcase with Skinless, Primal Rite, Ringworm, Churchburn and Outer Heaven on June 8 at Brooklyn Bazaar (tickets).

Electronic staples Telefon Tel Aviv are playing Saint Vitus on June 8 (tickets). It’s a late show after the Caspian show at the same venue (tickets). That 6/8 show is one of two Northside shows for Caspian; the first is sold out.

Shamir is playing a midnight show at Baby’s All Right on June 9 (Saturday night) with Orville Peck opening (tickets).

Post-punk legends Bush Tetras, who recently released their first EP in a decade and celebrated at NYC’s Le Poisson Rouge earlier this month, headline the Wharf Cat showcase on June 9 at the Safari Room at El Cortez which also includes The Sediment Club, Honey, David Vassalotti and Private Practice (tickets).

UPDATE: Half Waif, who just released her great new album Lavender, was added to the Pitchfork Rising Showcase happening June 9 at Music Hall of Williamsburg with Chynna, Standing on the Corner, Madison McFerrin and Empath (tickets).

UPDATE 2: Pissed Jeans and Yvette added a Northside show for 6/7 at Rough Trade (tickets).

Previously announced Northside shows include Snail Mail/Lionlimb at MHOW on 6/7, milo/Nnamdi Ogbonnaya/Sammus at BK Bowl on 6/7, Liz Phair/Soccer Mommy at National Sawdust on 6/7, Ought/Men I Trust/Common Holly at Market Hotel on 6/7, Barrie at Trans-Pecos on 6/7, Weaves at Knitting Factory on 6/8 (early), OSHUN at Knitting Factory on 6/8 (late), Flasher at Elsewhere Zone One on 6/8, Dear Nora at Knitting Factory on 6/9, and more.

As mentioned, BrooklynVegan is throwing an official showcase at Elsewhere on June 9 with Protomartyr, Deerhoof, and more TBA (tickets). We’ll be on Elsewhere’s new rooftop, too.

You can buy single-show tickets for all Northside shows or get in with a badge (based on capacity).

The fest is still promising TBA shows for Sunday, June 10 (maybe including the big outdoor shows they always do?). See the updated schedule below.
