NPR Music have published their list of the 50 best albums of 2017. As usual, it has a lot of the same rock, pop, rap, electronic, etc albums as other lists, like Lorde, SZA, Kendrick Lamar, Paramore, Mount Eerie, The National, The War on Drugs, Vince Staples, Jay-Z, Perfume Genius and Sampha, plus jazz, contemporary classical, Wassoulou music, Latin rock, and other stuff you may not have heard of. They also sneak in some cool gems like the highly talented modern folk singers Joan Shelley and Aldous Harding, underrated rapper Rapsody, and rising country singer Tyler Childers.
