Om and Watter played Le Poisson Rouge (pics & video)

Earlier this year, Sleep and Holy Sons played NYC and now Sleep’s Al Cisneros and Holy Sons’ Emil Amos are on the road with their collaborative psychedelic band Om (which also features Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe aka Lichens live). That tour hit NYC on Sunday (10/5) at Le Poisson Rouge with tourmates Watter, whose lineup includes members of Grails (which Emil is also in) and Slint. Om didn’t have a new album to support this time around, but had plenty to pull from including their most recent (and fifth) album, 2012’s Advaitic Songs. Watter on the other hand, played off this year’s debut, This World, which came out back in May.
