Om announce tour with Wovenhand, as Sleep announce hiatus
OM have a Brooklyn show with “special guests” coming up on December 14 at Pioneer Works (tickets), and they’ve now also announced a lengthy 2020 tour with Wovenhand happening in February and March. There’s no NYC show on that tour, but there are other Northeast dates (like DC, Philly, Boston, Providence, and Pittsburgh) with some nights off around then, so maybe they’ll add a NYC show after the Pioneer Works date passes? Stay tuned to find out. Dates are listed in the poster below, but they also just added a March 7th show at Space Ballroom in CT.
Meanwhile, OM frontman Al Cisneros’ band Sleep have their previously announced New Year’s run in Chicago coming up, and they recently revealed that they’d be going on an indefinite hiatus after that. At least that’s what we think “prep hypersleep facil for indef duration” means. See their announcement below.

UPDATE: A show has also been added at Space Ballroom in CT on March 7th.
