Syria’s Omar Souleyman recently came out with his third album, To Syria, With Love. The album is his first released through Mad Decent, and features weary odes to his homeland colored by various shades of techno beat. Omar went on tour in support of the album this spring, but won’t stop there. He has expanded his tour with dates that will take him through the fall.
The tour will stop in NYC on September 1 at Brooklyn Bowl. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (8/4) at 10 AM.
Among his dates is an appearance Bristol’s Simple Things Festival, which is listed as part of his tour. The festival will take place October 20 & 21 and also features performances from Metronomy, Wild Beasts, Juan Atkins,Leftfield and more. All dates are listed below.
