Other Music & MoMA PS1's 2019 "Come Together" fest is this weekend (lineup / schedule)

The 2019 edition of Other Music and MoMA PS1‘s “Come Together,” the indie label market and music festival, expands to two days this year, happening this weekend (March 23 & 24). Festival passes ($20) and individual day tickets ($10) are on sale now and they’ve just announced the daily lineups and schedule.

Saturday, March 23 includes live performances by Marissa Nadler, Barrie and the awesome tribute act Black Sabbath Cover Band Rehearsal that features Mick Barr, Angel Deradoorian, Greg Fox, Brad Truax, and Nick Zinner, as well as a screening of documentary Carmine Street Guitars, plus lectures and workshops. Note the Black Sabbath Cover Band Rehearsals performance requires a two-day festival badge.

Sunday, March 24 includes live performances by Beijing band Gong Gong Gong, Tabby Wakes, a quadraphonic audio and video installation by Dublab, a two-part conversation about NYC disco label West End Records. There will also be of Teddy Pendergrass documentary If You Don’t Know Me, a Creative Independent Workshop with Brandon Stosuy,  Meredith Graves and Sacred Bones’ Caleb Braaten, plus DJ sets from Helado Negro, Olivia Neutron-John and more.

Both days there is the independent label market featuring booths where you can buy records directly from over 75 labels, including 4AD, Sub Pop, Matador, Mute, Mexican Summer, Bar/None, DFA, Dead Oceans, Domino, Don Giovanni, Northern Spy, Polyvinyl, Third Man, Warp, XL, Joyful Noise, Fat Possum, and many, many more. Meanwhile, the Other Music documentary is screening as part of the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival.
