Paisley Park hosting 4-day Prince tribute with The Revolution, Morris Day, more

Minneapolis’ Paisley Park complex, which is now an official Prince museum, will host a four-day tribute event called “The Celebration” on April 20-23 to mark the one-year anniversary of Prince’s death:

CELEBRATION 2017 will honor and celebrate the life and legacy of Prince, as the world marks the first anniversary of his passing. Bringing together musicians, creative personnel, special guests and friends who worked closest with Prince and knew him best, these four days will feature live music, panel discussions and presentations on Prince’s tremendous talent, influence and importance as a composer, musician, producer, live performer and filmmaker.

Most of the bands and acts associated with Prince will perform, including The Revolution, New Power Generation, members of 3rdEyeGirl, Morris Day & the Time, and Liv Warfield & Shelby J. Tickets are on sale now and not cheap: $499 for general admission and $999 for VIP.
