Paul de Jong (The Books) made a video for "Age of the Sea," touring
Last year, Paul de Jong (aka one half of The Books) released his solo album IF. At the time, we said “it’s pretty in line with The Books’ classic material, with modern classical arrangements, glitch, and spoken word samples.” Paul is currently rolling out new videos from that album, and we’ve got the premiere of the latest, “Age of the Sea.” The video’s in Paul’s usual found footage style, and this one — as you may expect — is comprised of images of the sea. He’s also touring and hitting NYC on June 30 at National Sawdust and July 1 at Rockwood Music Hall (stage 2). Tickets for National Sawdust and Rockwood are on sale now. All dates are listed below.
