Pentagram's Bobby Liebling sentenced after guilty plea to Abuse/Neglect of a Vulnerable Adult-Custodian
Pentagram announced last spring that they would be touring without founding member and frontman Bobby Liebling, citing “circumstances that are beyond anyone’s control, that are a direct result of Bobby Liebling’s personal actions.” It turns out that Liebling was arrested on April 10 on one count of first-degree assault, one count of physical abuse of a “vulnerable adult,” and two counts of abuse against a “vulnerable adult” who is also a family member.
As MetalSucks reports, Liebling has now plead guilty to the charge of Abuse/Neglect of a Vulnerable Adult-Custodian, while he pled not guilty to charge of Assault-First Degree. MetalSucks also reports that Liebling was sentenced to 18 months in the Montgomery County Detention Center, minus time already served with three years probabtion once he’s out.
