Peter Murphy announces "40 Years of Bauhaus" North American tour w/ David J

Peter Murphy has announced North American dates for the “40 Years of Bauhaus Ruby Celebration” tour that includes David J on bass. On the tour they’re playing Bauhaus’ In the Flat Field in its entirety plus an extended encore of Bauhaus classics.

Dates are listed below and include a stop at NYC’s Terminal 5 on February 14. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday, November 2 at 10 AM with an AmEx presale beginning today (10/31) at noon.

Adds David J on his recent tours with Peter, “This series of shows have been some of the most electrifying of my career! The band is super tight and playing with lashings of panache and as for M. Murphy, well, he is simply so damn ON! Ruby rising and then some!”

In other news, In the Flat Field and Bauhaus’ second album, Mask, were just given official vinyl reissues, and The Bela Sessions is out on Record Store Day Black Friday.

In addition to his Bauhaus celebration dates, Peter Murphy has a residency at San Francisco’s The Chapel in March where he’s playing his solo albums in full. Dates are all listed, along with a stream of In the Flat Field, below.
