Industrial noise-meets-art pop musician Pharmakon played a hometown museum show at The Print Shop at MoMA PS1 on Saturday (1/25) with two local punk bands: the insane (and naked) Dawn of Humans and the Farfisa-filled garage punks Hank Wood and the Hammerheads. Did you go? How was it? Check out (what appear to be) full set videos of all three artists below.
The show was part of MoMA PS1’s ongoing Mike Kelley retrospective which Kim Gordon plays this Sunday (2/2). That show is with collaborator Jutta Koether, starts at 4 PM, and tickets are still available.
Pharmakon also plays another NYC show this week at Todd P’s new venue Trans Pecos on Wednesday (1/29) (915 Wyckoff Ave, aka the old Silent Barn space). That show is with Faten Kanaan, Jessie Stead, and Angus Tarnawsky.
