PINS share Iggy Pop collab "Aggrophobe"
Manchester postpunks PINS have a new EP, titled Bad Thing, that’s out in March. It features a collaboration with Iggy Pop titled “Aggrophobe.” The song has Pop delivering a bit of spoken word not unlike what he did with another Manchester band. Pop told i-D magazine, “They sent me a good song and they’re looking for a narration in it, and I liked their music and their picture, so I’m doing that.” That’s all it takes to have Iggy Pop on your record. PINS were last in the US a year ago. No immediate plans to return, but they’ll be on tour in the UK in the spring. All dates are listed below.
