Pleasers (Matthew of Warm Soda & Bare Wires) releasing debut 7" -- listen

Matthew Melton, the “smooth punk” svengali behind such low-fi hitmakers as Warm Soda and Bare Wires, has a new group called Pleasers who will release their debut 7″ on August 19 via Southpaw Records. With his new gig, Melton continues to do what he does best: deliver big hooks and heaps of attitude while keeping things well south of three minutes. We’ve got the premiere of the single’s A-side, “Leading Me On,” which you can stream below.
