Primavera Sound teasing two new festivals for 2020 (London & L.A.?)
Primavera Sound is currently underway in Barcelona with Friday sets still to come from Tame Impala, Janelle Monae, Solange, Robyn, J Balvin, Rasalia, Stereolab, James Blake, Jarvis Cocker, Suede, Jawbreaker, Primal Scream, Kate Tempest, Kurt Vile, Beak>, Neneh Cherry, Roisin Murphy, and tons more. It’s one of three festival Primavera Sound currently presents: there’s also the more intimate Primavera Porto in Portugal next weekend (June 6-8), and even more up-close-and-personal Primavera Weekender in Benidorm, Spain on November 8-9.
It looks like Primavera Sound is expanding even further in 2020, as they’re teasing two new festivals via two blurry photos on their website (see a screenshot above). One of them looks like the Los Angeles’ iconic Hollywood sign, and the other looks like the London skyline with the London Eye ferris wheel. What do you think?
