Nyck Caution

Pro Era’s Nyck Caution dropped a new three-song EP this weekend called 22. It kicks off with “What’s Understood” which features Nyck’s Pro Era groupmate Joey Bada$$ and production from the great (and seriously prolific) Metro Boomin. Nyck and Joey both go seriously hard on this thing, and over Metro Boomin’s futuristic beat it’s nothing like Joey’s usual ’90s revival. That’s followed by “Nyctophilia” featuring Pro Era’s Dyemond Lewis and Denzel Curry (prod. “Soulstruck”) and a freestyle over Travi$ Scott’s “Oh My Dis Side” called “Light Through The Cracks.” Stream the whole thing below.

Joey Bada$$ plays Yams Day at NYC’s Terminal 5 on Monday (1/18) with A$AP Mob (who also just dropped a new song) and more (sold out). Metro Boomin hits the same venue five days later, opening for Keys N Krates.
