Purirty Ring just released the video for new single “Loftcries” from the band’s acclaimed debut album on 4AD. The surreal clip, directed by AG Rojas (Jack White’s “Sixteen Saltines”, Spiritualized’s “Hey Jane”), offers up four vignettes where we follow folks dealing with some decidedly strange situations. You can watch it below.
Meanwhile, as their 1/11 show at Webster Hall is sold out, Purity Ring have added a second date at the venue the very next day (1/12) as part of their North American tour with Young Magic. Tickets go on sale Friday (11/16) at noon. Updated tour dates are listed below.
