Pusha T & Phony Ppl played Irving Plaza twice (night 1 pics)

Pusha T is in the midst of one of the biggest years of his career, with the release of DAYTONA, which is one of his most-loved albums in a while and already showing up high on year-end lists. He’s currently on tour supporting it, doing a set that includes all seven songs on DAYTONA, plus some of his recent high-profile Kanye collaborations, an old Clipse classic, and more. The tour just rolled through NYC for shows at Irving Plaza on Sunday (11/25) and Monday (11/26), and pictures of Sunday night’s show are in the gallery above. Both shows were opened by genre-defying group Phony Ppl, who released the very good mozaik this year.

After this tour ends, Push will be back in NYC for the BAPE 25th anniversary show on December 6 at the Hulu Theater at MSG with Kid Cudi, Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean, Lil Yachty, and DJ Cipha Sounds (tickets).

As mentioned, Phony Ppl also have another NYC show the Friday between Christmas and New Year’s at Mercury Lounge on 12/28 (tickets).
