Quicksand & Glassjaw announce 2018 co-headlining tour
Classic New York post-hardcore bands Glassjaw and Quicksand both released great, long-awaited new albums last year. Glassjaw released Material Control, their first album in 15 years, and Quicksand released Interiors, their first in 22. Now the two bands have announced a tour together for this summer.
The tour wraps up in the bands’ hometown area with shows at Montclair, NJ’s Wellmont Theater on August 2 and NYC’s Brooklyn Steel on August 3. Tickets for Wellmont and BK Steel (and the whole tour) go on sale Friday (4/6). All dates are listed below.
Glassjaw are also playing the recently announced FYF Fest in LA. Quicksand are also playing Welcome to Rockville, Carolina Rebellion, and Rock on the Range, and they’re already set to release more new music, a three-song 12″ single on Record Store Day.
