Rainbow Room launching new concert series with Standing on the Corner
Standing On The Corner, the genre-defying NYC jazz/hip hop/etc collective who are also on Earl Sweatshirt’s new album, have announced a show happening at Rockfeller Center’s historic Rainbow Room on January 25, and it’s reportedly the first of a new live concert series set to take place there. More info on this series is presumably TBA, so stay tuned. The SOTC show is FREE and RSVP is open now.
After closing for renovations in 2009, the Rainbow Room — which offers one of the great views of NYC — reopened in 2014 with a show by The Roots.
