Rayland Baxter covers My Morning Jacket on new EP (listen), touring, opening for Houndmouth at Terminal 5

Nashville alt-country singer Rayland Baxter releases a new EP on ATO Records today called Soho, which features stripped-down solo versions of songs off last year’s Imaginary Man. It’s also got him doing a delicate rendition of My Morning Jacket‘s “Bermuda Highway,” which is streaming below. Check it out.

Rayland has been on tour, having played a sold-out show at NYC’s Mercury Lounge a few days ago, and he’ll return here in the spring. This one’s to open for Houndmouth on April 23 a Terminal 5. Tickets for that show are on sale now.
