Record Store Day announces RSD Black Friday 2019 exclusive titles

Record Store Day has announced it’s list of 2019 RSD Black Friday exclusive titles which will be available on November 29. Here are some titles that caught our eye:

  • Jonathan Fire*Eater‘s 1997 album Wolf Songs For Lambs reissued on vinyl for first time in 20 years
  • Various Artists – Saturday Morning’s Greatest Hits: vinyl repress of this 1995 alt-rock/indie tribute to cartoon theme songs, including covers by Liz Phair, Juliana Hatfield & Tanya Donelly, Butthole Surfers, Ramones, Sublime, Butthole Surfers and more.
  • The Wrens‘ classic debut album, Silver, gets its first-ever vinyl pressing
  • Pearl JamMTV Unplugged which will be its first-ever vinyl release
  • Cardi B‘s Gangsta Bitch mixtape gets its first-ever vinyl release
  • Lizzo‘s Coconut Oil EP also makes its vinyl debut
  • Arcade Fire repress their 2004 “Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)” single on 7″
  • Nas‘ 2001 album Stillmatic gets its first vinyl edition since its original pressing
  • DEVODEV-O LIVE! (repress of a 1980 live album that was originally only sent to radio stations)
  • Paul Westerberg‘s Grandpaboy album, Stereo/Mono, gets its first vinyl release
  • The New PornographersFade Baby Fade EP which features three never-before-released songs.
  • Nick Lowe celebrates the 40th anniversary of “Cruel to Be Kind” with a new 7″ featuring the original on the a-side and Nick & Wilco‘s live version from 2012 on the flip.
  • The PretendersUK Singles 1979-1981 7″ box set
  • A reissue of Pylon‘s debut 7” featuring “Cool” and “Dub”
  • Royal TruxQuantum Entanglement compilation (“Not a greatest hits – but an epic starting point – tracks taken from multiple albums throughout the bands history.”)
  • Lou ReedThe Raven (first time on vinyl)
  • Bruce Springsteen‘s “Western Stars” gets a 7″ single release
  • They Might Be Giants‘ 1987 “Don’t Let’s Start” EP (with “We’re the Replacements” and two more) gets a vinyl repress.
  • The scores for The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions get their first-ever vinyl pressings
