Austin shoegazers Ringo Deathstarr will release their new album, God’s Dream, on March 25 (it came out in Japan last year) and the band are currently crushing eardrums on the East Coast in support of it. The tour hit NYC on Tuesday (3/4) at Mercury Lounge, with openers Purple and Christines. Pictures from that show (we missed Christines, sorry) are in this post.

Ringo Deathstarr have a few more shows in the Northeast (they play Alston, MA tonight, 3/6) before heading home to be a part of the madness that is SXSW.
