Wu-Tang Clan member RZA has been doing live scores to kung-fu film (and Wu lore touchstone) The 36th Chamber of Shaolin for a few years now and Tuesday night (7/24) brought it to NYC’s Damrosch Park as part of the free Lincoln Center Out of Doors series. RZA got help from Tom Shannon and DJ Skane, and fellow Wu-Tang member Raekwon made a surprise appearance during the film, dropping a few verses from “C.R.E.A.M.” Fans, meanwhile, turned up in their finest Wu gear and you can check out photos from the night in the gallery above.
