Sean Huber's (Steady Hands, Modern Baseball) top 10 albums of 2018

Modern Baseball drummer (and “Your Graduation” second verse singer) Sean Huber has always had his Steady Hands project on the side, but 2018 was the year they finally released a proper debut album, the very enjoyable Truth In Comedy. Their live shows have just been here and there since its release (including a release show in Brooklyn back in October), and they’ve got one last show before the year ends: a holiday show in Philly on 12/22 at Everybody Hits with Earth Telephone, Major Pursuit, and Julia Rainer (tickets).

As the year is coming to a close, we asked Sean what his favorite albums of 2018 were, and he sent a list including veteran bands like Smoking Popes and Bayside, as well as contemporaries like Restorations, Tiny Moving Parts, The Dirty Nil and Nervus. Check out his full list below.

In related news, check out Modern Baseball co-frontman (and Slaughter Beach, Dog frontman) Jake Ewald’s top 10 albums of 2018.
